The room offered an amazing city view from the balcony. Spacious and clean, it felt like a cozy retreat. The pool area had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delivered directly to the room and had a decent variety, though the pastries could be fresher. Staff members were attentive, especially Georgia at the front desk who provided excellent local tips. Accessibility was a bit tricky due to an uphill walk to Fira, which could be challenging after a long day. Overall, a great place with some minor areas for improvement.

where to begin… the shower curtain was dirty, making it impossible to not flood the bathroom. also, for 24€, the breakfast was an absolute joke—two slices of ham? ! i expected a welcome gift for this sort of agony, but no! i almost woudl ve praised this place, but just couldn’t. ruined my whole vibe here.

I absolutely loved the calm ambiance by the pool and the kind staff who made us feel welcomed. The spacious junior suite with a balcony was perfect for relaxing.

Unfortunately, the uphill walk to Fira proved challenging after a long day, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite inconsistent during our stay.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Georgia at the front desk, who was very helpful. The pool area is also a great spot to relax after exploring.

My wife says that the street noise nearby can be bothersome for families, especially in the mornings.

Comfortable room, lovely pool, the property featured a great location to explore the island as it’s conveniently positioned near main roads and offers a variety of massages to recharge after a long day.

Our stay was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk to Fira with a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Margo, who went above and beyond to provide us with local insights and even booked our taxi for us. Plus, the breakfast, tailored to our preferences, was a lovely treat every morning.

i had a wonderful stay at alizea villas & suites. the private pool in the grand suite was just amazing. the location was also great, as my young daughter could easily walk to the city center of fira without any issues.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The room was clean and fresh, with a great sea view from the balcony. Daily cleaning was a plus. We enjoyed the breakfast system after a couple of days and loved the helpful staff who gave us tips about exploring the island. Don't miss visiting Oia for the sunset and the local beaches.

The street in front was quite busy and noisy due to quads. It might be a bit challenging if you're looking for a peaceful retreat.
